Tuition Payments:  Tuition is billed twice a year with installments due June 1st and December 1st. Some parents may wish to utilize the ten month payment plan that is offered through Tuition Management Systems.

 

Drawing Account:  Incidental expenses for books, travel, weekly student allowances, medical expenses, and other miscellaneous charges are applied to the drawing account. Fees are charged for instrument lessons, the ski program, and equestrian program. Laundry services are provided at no charge for all academic students and laundry facilities are made available to all C.A.P.S. students.

Financial Aid:   Maplebrook School is committed to offering a variety of scholarships and work study to deserving students. Financial aid awards are based on the information provided by the School and Student Scholarship Service. All financial aid awards are based on the financial needs of the family. During the 2009-2010 school year, approximately $200,000 was awarded in scholarship monies and work study awards. Loan Program:  Maplebrook School has formed a partnership with SLM Financial, a Sallie Mae Company in order to provide educational loans for our parents. If you are interested in signing up for the K-12 Family Education Loan through Sallie Mae, you can file online at www.salliemae.com or call (866) 270-7307. Please let them know you are a parent of a Maplebrook School student and they will send you a customized loan application package.

 

Samara Grant:  All parents who pay 100% of the tuition with their own funds are eligible to receive a $2,000 Samara Grant from the Maplebrook School Foundation.
