For sixty years, Maplebrook School has provided quality programs to prepare our youngsters for the challenges that lie ahead.  The values, self-confidence, academic and vocational skills gained at Maplebrook, combined with the fun, friendships and sports which are also Maplebrook hallmarks, have made our school the perfect environment to help us achieve our ultimate goal… preparing our youngsters to assume a more independent role in society.

Maplebrook has established a challenging academic environment that continues to increase the level of expectations – and accomplishments – among our youngsters in a traditional boarding school atmosphere.  Youngsters with learning problems thrive on clear expectations and structure.  This is quite understandable given the difficulties they experience with organizational skills.  A carefully crafted schedule of daily events is essential to the educational experience.  The boarding school environment is ideal for this undertaking since the school day does not end after the last class in the afternoon.

Any parent seeking a school to prepare a child to be a contributing member in today's society is, in fact, looking for a school that fosters the acquisition of personal responsibility while concurrently providing the structure and expertise to assist students in achieving their goals.  I am proud to say that Maplebrook offers this and much more.
