Welcome to the Alumni section of the Maplebrook School website. This is the place you can connect with former friends and classmates, and check out the latest events happening on campus and around the country, while remaining connected to your alma mater.
We are pleased to introduce a password protected Alumni Blog where alumni can "chat" with one another through the Maplebrook website absolutely free. If you are interested in participating, you must send an email to: alumni@maplebrookschool.org and we will send you the password and login information.
Alumni Association - The mission of the Alumni Association is to cultivate relationships between and among alumni and Maplebrook School, to represent the diverse interests of alumni to the school and the school to its alumni, and to nurture the personal development of current and future alumni so that each individual achieves the greatest good for themselves while perpetuating the proud heritage of Maplebrook School. The alumni are very important to us, and in turn, Maplebrook is equally important to them as evidenced by the number of alums that return each year for the annual reunion. In recent years, alums have been invited to participate in our Parent Retreat in February. At this function, alums are asked to share their transition and independent living experiences to current parents in attendance. The information they have imparted has proved to be invaluable to those families considering the next step for their young adult.
Officers: The term for the current officers of the Alumni Association will be ending and it is time for the new slate of officers. This process will begin at the 2010 Reunion. Check back here in September to see the list of cadidates and place your vote. Fax, email or mail you ballot to Mrs. Hale by December 31, 2010. Directions will also be on the nomination form. Current officers for the 2008 - 2010 term include:
